Lead RollPros Operator

📋 Description

• Lead, train, and direct Operators to execute daily production against schedule
• Prioritize workflow and assign tasks to maintain throughput and minimize downtime
• Operate and oversee RollPros equipment, including setup, start-up, and changeovers
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate barriers as needed
• Perform and oversee quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure product standards
• Ensure accurate production tracking, reporting, and labeling/compliance forms

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year hands-on factory or manufacturing experience; 2-3 years preferred
• Advanced knowledge of RollPros or similar automated production equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in fast-paced production
• High attention to detail; adherence to SOPs, GMP, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated leadership and effective communication; mentoring preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around plant material
