Lead Safety/Security Worker - Treasure Island

📋 Description

• Patrol and monitor premises to deter crime and ensure safety
• Evict trespassers and detain violators per legal protocols
• Control entry/exit of employees, guests, vehicles per protocols
• Monitor surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful activity
• Provide daily activity and incident reports to management
• Use two-way radios for clear, concise communication

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Related field experience a plus
• Training and understanding of Trauma Informed Care
• Experience with unsheltered populations
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work with culturally diverse populations
• Flexible hours and travel between sites and attend meeting as directed
