Lead Sales Engineer, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Work with Enterprise customers to understand business needs and data replication requirements
• Develop and deliver technical presentations to Enterprise audiences
• Lead proof-of-value processes to validate technical outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements at Fivetran
• Maintain customer focus and technical excellence with Sales reps
• Stay up-to-date on data tech trends and industry developments

🎯 Requirements

• Native or professional German proficiency
• 5+ years in data replication, sales engineering, or related field
• Strong background in database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication tech
• Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases
