📋 Description

• Manage and continuously optimize day-to-day and long-term sales operations processes, workflows
• Support proposal and Request for Proposal (RFP) activities by coordinating stakeholders, gathering
• Maintain, improve, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Build and maintain sales reports, dashboards, performance analytics, and other management reporting
• Analyze sales, marketing, financial, pipeline, retention, growth, and broader go-to-market data to
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations that support revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• At least 7 years of experience in sales operations, sales analytics, business operations, finance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated success translating data into
• Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems in an enterprise
• Experience with Salesforce and related CRM integrations or adjacent sales technology platforms is
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to data accuracy, quality, and operational

• Competitive compensation with an overall salary range of $78,800 to $177,675, with the applicable
• For eligible locations with higher compensation ranges, salary may range from $90,620 to $145,130
• In other states, salary may range from $78,800 to $126,200 for candidates with less than 10 years
