Lead Salesforce Developer

📋 Description

• Lead Salesforce architecture, design, and development of scalable solutions on Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Service Cloud.
• Mentor developers; establish best practices; conduct code reviews; ensure high-quality code.
• Collaborate with Product Managers/Analysts to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Manage release cycles and deployment processes (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Copado).
• Stay current on Salesforce features and AI/agentic tech; recommend improvements.
• Apply AI tools to increase velocity; advocate AI adoption across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years Salesforce design, architecture, and development (Apex, LWC).
• Advanced sharing/security, data models, flows, and platform features.
• Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• CPQ configuration/implementation with product and pricing rules.
• Quote-to-Cash domain experience; CPQ tools (SF CPQ, Conga).
• Engineering degree or equivalent; Salesforce Platform Dev I/II certs required; CPQ cert a plus.
