🎯 Requirements

• The Experience: 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce admin in complex B2B SaaS/enterprise env.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced expertise in Salesforce declarative tools, flows, security, and access.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Lead-to-Cash lifecycle and impact on downstream systems.
• Release Discipline: Structured release cycles, sandbox strategies, deployment validation.
• The Credentials: Active Salesforce Admin cert required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IS, CS, Business, or related experience.
