📋 Description

• Provide direct behavior-analytic services to students in school settings.
• Lead and supervise School Behavior Technicians; guide performance and practice.
• Implement BIPs and skill programs aligned with students' IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators and school teams to integrate strategies into routines.
• Travel between school sites within the service area to support students.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience leading direct reports.
• BCAT or RBT credential; ability to obtain within 30 days if required.
• Experience providing ABA services in schools or clinical settings.
• Ability to travel between school sites.
• TB clearance or ability to obtain; First aid/CPR certification within 30 days.
