Lead School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Provide direct implementation of behavior-analytic services to students in one-on-one and group
• Lead by example in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill
• Support and mentor school-based BTs by modeling strategies, answering questions, and
• Substitute in schools as needed to ensure continuity of services and provide high-quality support
• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts, educators, and school teams to integrate behavioral strategies
• Support students' growth in communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, and adaptive

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience leading and managing direct reports
• 1+ years of experience providing ABA services in school or clinical settings
• Ability to obtain assigned safety training certification within 30 days of employment
• Ability to obtain and maintain Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior
• Maintain reliable transportation and travel between work sites
