Lead SEC Analyst

📋 Description

• Own SEC filings prep, review, and filing (10-Q/10-K/8-K/S-1).
• Build and drive quarterly/annual calendar; coordinate inputs and deadlines.
• Lead earnings release process, including management package review.
• Own disclosure checklist and XBRL review; improve disclosure quality.
• Improve SEC reporting process; identify inefficiencies; drive automation.
• Ensure SEC/US GAAP compliance; research accounting issues; lead new pronouncements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA licensure or active pursuit preferred.
• Experience owning SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q) for public companies.
• Proven track record improving disclosures and reporting processes.
• Strong PM skills; calendar ownership; cross-functional coordination.
• Proficiency with Workiva Wdesk and NetSuite preferred.
