Lead Security Management Engineer

📋 Description

• Cooperate with on-site inspections and remote reviews by regulatory agencies (OJK, Bappebti, Kominfo)
• Explain current ISMS status, technical architecture, and control measures to inspectors
• Prepare audit documents and evidence materials (system architecture, access control instructions, data flow diagrams)
• Track regulatory inquiries and rectification requirements; coordinate internal teams to close timely
• Provide timely feedback to headquarters security compliance on regulatory policy dynamics
• Manage root accounts on demand to ensure root account security

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years in information security or compliance
• Experience in regulatory reception/audit support (OJK/Bappebti/Kominfo) preferred
• Familiar with ISO27001, SOC2, NIST or equivalent standards
• Experience with gap analysis, threat/risk assessment, and compliance document management
• Understand access control principles, incident response, and security awareness training
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Indonesian preferred
