Lead Security Officer

📋 Description

• Conduct physical security assessments and penetration testing of SpaceX facilities.
• Develop and execute complex threat scenarios to test security controls.
• Provide rapid response to security incidents and intrusions.
• Contain and resolve incidents with security teams to ensure safety.
• Develop and maintain security protocols, procedures, and training programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for holistic security.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 5+ years in military, law enforcement, overseas security, or advanced corporate security.
• 1+ year exec protection, mobile asset protection, or emergency response.
• SWAT ops training or military special operations (preferred).
• Firearms, defensive tactics, and tactical driving proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in security management, criminology, or IR (preferred).
