📋 Description

• Provide SME on information security requirements during supplier contract negotiations and redlines.
• Translate supplier security risk assessment results into practical contractual recommendations aligned with enterprise risk standards.
• Review and evaluate supplier contract language for compliance with security policies and governance.
• Apply approved fallback language and guide stakeholders through security-related contract negotiations.
• Document security exceptions, risk acceptance decisions, deviations, and non-standard positions per governance.
• Facilitate escalations and governance reviews for terms exceeding approved risk tolerances.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in third-party risk management, supplier security assessments, or contract management.
• Strong understanding of information security principles and translating risks to business guidance.
• Proven ability to collaborate with legal, procurement, cybersecurity, and risk teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting governance, exception management, and policy interpretation.
• Ability to influence decisions and navigate complex enterprise environments.
