Technical owner for Jira, Jira Service Management, and ServiceNow platforms.
Design and implement integration roadmap between SNOW, Jira, and CMDB via APIs, webhooks, and tools.
Ensure data consistency across incidents, changes, and CMDB.
Partner with Engineering, IT Ops, Compliance, and Enterprise Systems to optimize workflows.
Define best practices for workflow automation, templates, permissions, escalation paths, and custom fields in Jira and SNOW.
Lead platform upgrades, configuration audits, patching, and performance tuning.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in enterprise systems engineering owning Jira and ServiceNow.
Jira-SNOW and SNOW-CMDB integrations design experience.
Strong ITIL and service-management with incident/change/problem workflows.
Scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell), REST APIs, and integration platforms.
Experience with Agile/DevOps teams and enterprise tooling ecosystems.
CMDB data modeling and lifecycle management a plus.
