📋 Description

• Align closely with services and sales teams to provide implementation proposals and establish
• Develop and spearhead eCOA service offerings across multiple customer types
• Set client and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success
• Develop, own, and manage partner vendor relationships for contracting and services operations
• Lead, grow, and scale eCOA SEM activities and operations
• Travel estimate: Less than 25%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in delivering consulting services or involvement in selling services for
• 3+ years of experience scoping/defining project plans, resource models, and negotiation of
• Understanding of the data capture for the clinical trials domain, including how EDC works with
• Ability and comfort to spearhead complex services contracting independently but in close
• Familiarity in working with the Life Sciences Industry
• Ability to engage audiences of varying perception levels, including working with executive
