Lead Site Reliability Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead reliability engineering and platform modernization across Civic Platform.
• Drive VM-to-container modernization toward cloud-native services with DevOps teams.
• Define SLOs/SLAs and use data to drive risk-based decisions.
• Lead observability initiatives: metrics, tracing, logging, and monitoring.
• Drive RCA and blameless postmortems with corrective actions.
• Mentor Cloud Engineering teams and promote best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in SRE/Software Eng/Cloud Infra in SaaS with leadership.
• Kubernetes or equivalent container/orchestrated environments.
• Hands-on with large-scale SaaS on Microsoft Azure.
• Automation tooling using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Strong distributed systems design, operation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with modern observability platforms (monitoring, logging, tracing).
