📋 Description

• Lead and provide day-to-day technical direction to software developers and engineers, supporting
• Remain hands-on with C#/.NET development, software design, architecture, code reviews, and complex
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams across multiple locations and time zones to deliver
• Mentor and coach developers and senior engineers, helping strengthen technical capabilities and
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise SaaS
• Contribute to engineering processes, development standards, CI/CD practices, and technical

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar senior
• Strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET/.NET Core, and SQL/T-SQL.
• Solid knowledge of database design, performance optimization, and query tuning.
• Experience developing front-end functionality using HTML, JavaScript, and Razor.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps or equivalent cloud and CI/CD
• Proficiency with Visual Studio and/or VS Code.
