📋 Description

• Lead modernization of a large multi-tenant legacy app; provide hands-on development as needed
• Resolve complex technical issues; deliver innovative solutions addressing constraints
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across the SDLC
• Ensure SLAs/SLOs attainment per the QASP
• Mentor cross-functional developers to achieve success
• Work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, engineering, or related
• 11+ years designing, maintaining, and modernizing secure enterprise apps
• Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret
• Experience migrating legacy multi-tenant apps to the cloud with strong security and UX
• Experience with JCAM, eMASS, Xacta, Archer or similar GRC tools
• OSCAL understanding; strong English; engage CIO/CISO levels
