📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development for D&D Beyond VTT (design, dev, test, deploy).
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a software engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, UX, BI, and teams to define requirements and roadmaps.
• Advise on architecting scalable, efficient web apps.
• Stay current with web app trends; recommend standard processes/tools.
• Collaborate with partners to gather feedback and iterate features.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years managing software engineering teams of 5+ engineers.
• 2+ years as software engineer with web stack and cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Strong knowledge of web app architecture and design patterns.
• Solid understanding of performance, security, and usability.
• Experience with observability tools (monitoring, logging, tracing).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
