Lead Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and modernization of core platform components (UI, engines, APIs).
• Define architectural approaches to improve performance, scalability, and security.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Own delivery of complex features from design to release.
• Translate product requirements into technical specs and guide execution.
• Investigate and resolve complex defects and cross-system issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years desktop software development.
• Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++14+).
• Experience building Windows apps with Visual Studio 2019+.
• Experience with large or legacy codebases with established patterns.
• Experience with licensing platforms, XML/JSON, and relational DBs.
