🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years desktop software development experience.
• Proficiency in C++14 and modern C++.
• Strong Windows development with Visual Studio, MFC, COM, ODBC.
• Experience with XML/JSON formats and licensing (FlexNet).
• Ability to navigate large legacy codebases; debugging and triage.
• Excellent communication to explain technical concepts clearly.
