Lead Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop new full-stack features (React / TypeScript on the frontend, Java, Node.js, or
• Use AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) as a core part of your
• Contribute to architectural and technical design decisions within the team.
• Write automated tests and ensure code quality through code reviews.
• Deploy and monitor your own features in production (GitLab, AWS, Kubernetes).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team’s engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including senior or lead-level ownership.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Java, Ruby, Node.js), a modern frontend framework
• Solid experience designing scalable and reliable systems and conducting thorough code reviews.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed, remote-first environment.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to ship faster — code generation, agentic workflows
• Professional working proficiency in English.
