Lead Software Engineer - AI Agents

📋 Description

• Lead engineer role building scalable backend systems for AI Agents in real-time, high-volume
• Work at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infra, and AI-powered apps to productionize
• Hybrid role based in Noida (Delhi NCR): 2–3 days/week in the office.
• Collaborate with Applied AI/ML teams to productionize models and agent behaviors.
• Partner with Product to translate customer workflows into agentic systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in backend engineering, distributed systems, or platform engineering.
• Strong experience building high-scale, production-grade backend systems.
• Experience with real-time processing, streaming, or event-driven architectures.
• API design (REST/gRPC) and microservices; SQL + NoSQL data modeling.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• LLMs/AI focus experience is a plus (agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector DBs).
