📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a small software team, maintain high code quality.
• Design distributed systems, internal tools, and multi-agent architectures.
• Own build vs buy decisions, mix of off-the-shelf vs custom components.
• Prototype and integrate Agentic AI, LLMs, and MCPs to solve problems.
• Manage full development lifecycle from concept to production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align Lab innovations with strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Technical leadership: roadmaps, mentoring, code reviews.
• Python expert; experience with Java/Go/TypeScript/Scala preferred.
• Experience evaluating third-party tools to solve engineering problems.
• AI/ML integration: production LLMs; ML lifecycle and MLOps basics.
• Nice to have: cloud platforms and containers (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker/Kubernetes).
