🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years as tech lead/mentor for a SaaS team
  • Led initiatives focusing on performance and reliability
  • Full-stack with Agile, SaaS architecture, modern languages
  • Product-minded with customer focus
  • Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration
  • Fluent English (US/UK) or FR B2 equivalent
