📋 Description

• Define and execute Grab's long-term vision and roadmap for scalable, reliable mobile E2E testing.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive adoption of common tools, standards, and quality practices.
• Establish inclusive quality governance and release-readiness guardrails across teams.
• Guide technical strategy for automation platforms, execution efficiency, recovery, reporting, and
• Standardize test metadata and quality signals to enable data-driven release decisions.
• Improve developer experience across Android and iOS testing workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in automated mobile testing
• Define and deliver a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile test automation at scale.
• Drive adoption of engineering tools, processes, standards, governance, and quality gates across
• Apply strong knowledge of Android and iOS E2E testing and CI/CD integration.
• Improve test reliability and execution speed through sharding, retries, failure analysis, and
