Lead Software Engineer (.NET)

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization initiative, from legacy
• Partner with Product and Architecture teams to review business and technical specifications
• Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, SQL and NoSQL databases, and frontend
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex backend implementation challenges, data
• Improve engineering delivery practices through stronger Jira task management, more accurate
• Support predictable, high-quality releases by identifying delivery risks early, coordinating

🎯 Requirements

• Strong professional background in .NET engineering, with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET
• Strong understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, microservices patterns, and
• Solid database design and development experience with PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Redis.
• Practical experience modernizing legacy systems, including refactoring monolithic applications into
• Experience with containerized environments and technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges involving application architecture
