📋 Description

• Design and implement high-performance C++ backends for Axion and Acuity
• Tackle autonomy challenges across multi-domain environments
• Build scalable, reliable infra for contested, degraded operations
• Partner with researchers, product teams, and defense customers
• Own end-to-end execution from architecture to deployment
• Contribute to the Ann Arbor site buildout and engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering with strong C++
• Deep backend fundamentals: systems programming, concurrency, distributed systems
• Genuine interest in autonomy, robotics, or physical AI
• Exposure to multi-domain defense systems or eagerness to develop one
• Strong CS/CE/EE foundation; emphasis on correctness and performance
• Python proficiency for tooling, scripting, and integration
