Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers.
Prepare and deliver bespoke technical product demos at client meetings, webinars and events.
Deliver product messaging via whiteboard presentations, POC management, and RFP responses.
Respond to technical questions and assess how Freshworks fits the customer infra.
Advocate for Freshworks and promote solutions to prospects, customers, and partners.
Collaborate with sales, product, and client services to execute sales strategy.

🎯 Requirements

Native level English and German; other European languages a plus.
5+ years in technical solution engineering in ITIL/ITSM or SaaS.
SaaS/tech product org with ITSM/ITIL and cloud infra experience.
Strong senior stakeholder (CxO) and internal communication skills.
Experience in complex Mid-Market and Enterprise sales cycles.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
