Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Work with regional sales teams to convert prospects to customers
• Deliver bespoke technical demos at client meetings, webinars, and events
• Present Freshworks value via whiteboard slides, POC management, and RFPs
• Respond to functional/technical questions and analyze customer infrastructure
• Collect and convey customer requirements to product management
• Train sales teams on Freshworks products and collaborate on sales strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Native English written and spoken; other EU languages a plus
• 5+ years in technical solutions engineering (ITIL/ITSM or SaaS)
• Experience in SaaS/tech org with ITSM/ITIL and cloud infra
• Excellent stakeholder (CxO) and internal communication skills
• Experience with complex mid-market and enterprise sales cycles
• Strong presentation, demo and customer-focused mindset
• Execution-driven with urgency; thrives in high-energy teams
• Collaborative team player
