Lead - Solution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead Solution Engineer for Enterprise, focusing on North America, in a fast-growing GTM team.
• Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address critical business challenges.
• Support sales with discovery calls and product demonstrations for active deals.
• Gather requirements to define customer problems and build compelling demonstrations of Freshworks
• Articulate value of Freshworks solutions to diverse audiences and evangelize the Freshworks UX.
• Pursue lifelong learning and continuously develop skills in a dynamic environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience.
• Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven time management in a dynamic sales environment with multiple deals.
• Highly driven, with a sense of urgency and execution focus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
