📋 Description

• Lead and manage complex enterprise accounts with custom requirements, from the first technical
• Deliver compelling demos and pitches to budget holders and C-level stakeholders.
• Turn customer conversations into working prototypes fast, using AI-assisted development to build
• Mentor and develop Solutions Architects and Senior SAs together with Field Engineering leadership.
• Build Databricks' technical presence in the DACH market through customer-facing collateral
• Develop and roll out best practices and repeatable processes across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and business-level English. Both are used daily with customers and internally.
• Substantial experience in technical pre-sales, including complex customer interactions across the
• Ability to drive technical and business conversations with C-level executives, orchestrate
• Strong track record in the data landscape, with deep expertise in at least one of data engineering
• Hands-on coding ability in Python and SQL.
