📋 Description

• Lead complex Edwin implementations for enterprise customers.
• Design Edwin solutions coordinating with Envision, PS/PM, ITSM, third-party sources, and partners.
• Own architecture for multi-step ITSM workflows, event ingestion, and value reporting.
• Mentor teams and develop repeatable delivery patterns to scale delivery.
• Balance delivery risk reduction with time-to-value improvements and customer continuity.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Solutions Architecture/Professional Services/enterprise SaaS delivery.
• Deep ITSM workflow experience with platforms like ServiceNow, Freshservice, ConnectWise, Jira
• Proven ability to design integrations across monitoring, observability, APM, ITOM, analytics, and
• Strong skills translating events, alerts, incidents, tickets, changes into ITOps workflows.
• Experience leading complex customer design sessions and mentoring technical peers.
