📋 Description

• Lead HR solution strategy and architecture: Own the target architecture and long-term technology
• Align technology with business priorities: Partner with HR leaders, product managers, and process
• Govern platform design and performance: Review and approve solution designs, configurations
• Drive data architecture and integration: Define standards for HR data structures, master data
• Enable reliable enterprise connectivity: Oversee the exchange of workforce, organizational, cost
• Strengthen security, privacy, and compliance: Embed cybersecurity, privacy, access governance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise applications, HR technology, or solution
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, with experience integrating HR
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, organizational and position structures, master
• Practical knowledge of APIs, SAP CPI, middleware, data exchanges, integration monitoring
• Proven success delivering global implementations, technology transformations, upgrades
