Lead Solutions Engineer, Integrations

📋 Description

• Own and execute integration projects from discovery through go-live with milestones.
• Lead technical discovery and design engagements with customers, scoping 10-15 data interfaces.
• Apply knowledge of Afresh's data model and integration patterns to evaluate fit.
• Analyze data relationships and build queries to validate mappings.
• Collaborate with data engineering, product, and data science to drive delivery; surface risks early.
• Influence internal discussions with customer insights; share learnings across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to own and execute complex integration projects end-to-end.
• Experience leading technical discovery and design with customer IT stakeholders.
• Data transformation and design experience with data engineers and scientists.
• Strong attention to detail; communicate clearly across audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytical tools.
• Open to travel up to 10%.
