📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a
• Build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through proactive outreach, talent mapping, referrals
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor by sharing market insights, calibrating candidate profiles, and
• Deliver a thoughtful, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Regularly track and analyze pipeline health, sourcing performance, and conversion data to ensure
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical sourcing experience
• Experience recruiting for engineering or other technical roles
• A strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and engineering stacks
• Experience identifying and engaging niche technical talent across all levels, from individual
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and
• Strong communication and candidate management skills
