Lead technical evaluation of complex parts, assemblies, and projects
Define, maintain, and audit technical tagging framework
Review drawings and specifications to identify manufacturing risks
Select suitable manufacturing processes and providers for high-complexity projects
Act as final technical reviewer for complex/high-value quotations
Identify and resolve technical gaps and risks

🎯 Requirements

Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
5+ years in manufacturing environment working with complex parts or assemblies
Experience in sourcing engineering, technical procurement, or supplier engineering
Previous experience mentoring or leading engineers strongly preferred
Strong command of manufacturing processes (CNC machining, sheet metal, injection molding, casting
GD&T, technical drawings, materials, and quality requirements
