Lead the technical evaluation of complex parts, assemblies, and projects
Lead and standardize DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Guide the sourcing team in selecting manufacturing processes, capabilities, and providers
Own the technical tagging framework
Act as final technical reviewer for complex or high-value quotations

🎯 Requirements

Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
5+ years in manufacturing environment
Experience in sourcing engineering, technical procurement, or supplier engineering
Previous mentoring or leading experience preferred
Proven experience with CNC machines (lathe/turning and milling)
Sheet metal forming experience (cutting, bending, forming, welding)
