Lead/Staff Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead TPM to manage data center GPU deployments; coordinate vendors and DC architects.
• Manage hardware delivery schedules with supply chain for on-time arrivals.
• Coordinate physical installations with colocation providers, remote hands, and networking teams.
• Act as central hub of communication among supply chain, facilities, and vendors.
• Translate customer AI needs into deployment plans for training vs inference.
• Build repeatable deployment processes to speed GPUs online.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager coordinating hardware, facilities, or data centers.
• Strong understanding of hardware deployment workflows; cloud or colocation experience.
• Familiarity with data center concepts: rack space, power, cooling.
• Procurement lifecycle: tracking orders, forecasting demand, long lead times.
• Experience coordinating external vendors (colocation, remote hands).
• Excellent communication and organization; cross-functional teamwork.
