• Lead store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Guide operations to maintain a welcoming, compliant store.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.
• Oversee opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and compliance with SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year of POS systems and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months of leadership experience in retail.
• 6+ months of hands-on retail operations (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills.
