• Lead the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old; HS diploma or GED
• 1 year customer-facing or sales exp; POS/cash handling
• 6 months retail leadership experience
• 6 months retail ops (opening/closing, cash reconciliation)
• KPI-driven sales and strong customer service
• SOPs, safety, and loss prevention; math and computer skills
