📋 Description

• Lead and inspire store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and brand standards.
• Drive consultative selling, personalized guidance, and loyalty program enrollment.
• Ensure opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and support order fulfillment.
• Achieve daily KPI goals through upselling and promotions.
• Lead training and coaching to develop store associates.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old
• HS Diploma or GED
• 1 year customer-facing or sales experience
• 1 year POS systems and cash handling
• 6 months leadership experience in a retail environment
• 6 months store operations: opening/closing and cash reconciliation
• Familiarity with SOPs, safety and loss prevention
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving
