• Lead and coach team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive consultative selling and product education on the floor.

• Open/close duties; cash handling; maintain POS accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21+ and HS diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• 1+ year experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months leadership experience in a retail setting.
• 6+ months experience in store operations (opening/closing, cash reconciliation).
• 6+ months as Store Associate with proven performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and teamwork skills.
