📋 Description

• Lead the store to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Coach and develop team; act as brand ambassador.
• Drive performance and compliance in daily operations.

• Open/close duties, cash reconciliation, POS accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized, guest-ready store.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in a customer-facing or sales role.
• At least 1 year using POS systems and cash handling.
• Minimum 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• Minimum 6 months in store operations, opening/closing, cash.
