📋 Description

• Lead storefront operations and coach team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive consultative selling with open-ended questions and active listening.
• Enroll guests in rewards programs and capture insights to improve experiences.
• Manage opening/closing duties, huddles, and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory integrity and accurate order fulfillment.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, guest-ready, and compliant with SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1 year POS and cash handling experience.
• 6 months leadership experience in retail.
• 6 months retail store operations: opening/closing and cash reconciliation.
