• Manage opening/closing, cash reconciliation, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Develop and coach store associates for peak performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year POS and cash handling experience.
• 6+ months retail leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
