📋 Description

• Lead the store team to deliver a warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Coach staff to provide personalized product guidance and service.
• Drive consultative selling and achieve daily KPI goals.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Maintain inventory integrity and store cleanliness for operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years or older; HS diploma or GED.
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience.
• 1+ year POS/cash handling experience.
• 6+ months retail leadership; 6+ months store ops experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible evenings, weekends, holidays.
