• 21+ years old with High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ year in customer-facing or sales roles.
• 1+ year using POS systems and cash handling.
• 6+ months of leadership in retail.
• 6+ months in store operations, opening/closing, cash reconciliation.
• Curaleaf team members need 6+ months as Store Associate with proven performance.
