📋 Description

• Lead by example in creating a welcoming environment and coach team
• Empower associates to build customer relationships and provide personalized recommendations
• Drive consultative selling and promote rewards program enrollment
• Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Execute opening and closing duties including daily huddles and cash reconciliation
• Verify customer IDs and maintain accurate POS profiles

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• 1+ year experience in a customer-facing or sales environment
• 1+ year experience using POS systems and cash handling
• 6+ months leadership experience in a retail environment
• 6+ months hands-on retail store operations experience
