Lead Store Associate

📋 Description

• Lead team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
• Execute opening/closing duties, cash reconciliation, and POS profiles
• Ensure inventory integrity and lead inventory counts/audits
• Uphold compliance with SOPs, safety, and state regulations
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to store associates
• Achieve daily KPI goals through consultative selling

🎯 Requirements

• 21 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year customer-facing or sales experience
• 1+ year POS system and cash handling experience
• 6+ months leadership experience in retail
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays
