Lead Strategic Finance and FP&A Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as primary Finance partner for assigned business functions, advising leadership on decisions
• Own budgeting and rolling forecast processes; build financial models and scenario analyses
• Partner with Revenue leadership on sales planning, bookings, and productivity tracking
• Develop business cases for investments and organizational changes; support executive planning
• Contribute to headcount planning and resource allocation across the business
• Lead cross-functional projects across Finance, Revenue, Product, Operations, and People

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in SaaS
• Strong partner to Sales/Revenue leadership; experience with pipeline and productivity analysis
• Advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting, and business case development
• Independent operator with sound judgment and influence without authority
• Executive presence; ability to communicate complex financial info clearly to senior leaders
• Expert in Excel/Google Sheets; hands-on with FP&A tools like Anaplan, Cube, Workday is a plus
